Andres is the Managing Director of Fluor Brasil, LTDA and VP Sales for Latin America. He has worked for Fluor for over 20 years in Latin America.
Previously, Andres served as a Member of the Executive Committee of ICA Fluor and has led / participated in the structuring of numerous partnerships and joint ventures. Responsible for establishing and growing ICA Fluor and lead strategic planning, sales, legal and project financing for over 10 years. He also served as the Director of Projects responsible for the execution of EPC Projects.
Andres joined the company in 1985, and has held a variety of roles which gave him a complete understanding of the EPC industry including project management, engineering, construction and operations and maintenance. He has managed Lump Sum and Reimbursable Cost projects in Mexico, Panama, Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Colombia, Aruba, Curacao, Bonaire, Trinidad and Tobago and currently resides in Brasil.
Education includes a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Simon Bolivar, Venezuela and an MBA from University of Houston.

Rachel Mushahwar is global executive with 23+ years of experience in a variety of industries where she has consistently delivered significant and measurable bottom-line results and has been continuously rewarded with new challenges and opportunities. An expert in aligning strategy with organizational vision and objectives, she leads new initiatives with C-suite executives to help them shape and refine their strategic objectives and achieve business goals through implementation of strategic roadmaps, solid technology foundations, and standardized process management.
Mushahwar is the General Manager of Americas Industry Sales Group at Intel and leads 9 different verticals in North America and Latin America (Partner, Cloud, Telecommunications, Retail, Transportation & Manufacturing, Energy, Financial Services, Government, and Health Life Sciences) and is accountable for ~$5B in sales. Her focus is on enabling companies to realize the value of innovative offerings and delivering end-to-end innovative solutions to the industry that solve real-world business problems. She was named by ChainStoreAge as “One of the Top Ten Women in Technology” January 2017 and Women’s Wear Daily listed her one of the “Top Industry Transformers” December 2016. She has been on Wall Street Journal Live, and most recently NBC Press Here talking about how industries need to transform to compete.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and an MBA in international business (both summa cum laude) and is a recent alumni of Columbia’s Graduate School of Business in New York. She is an active supporter of STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math.) She is on the Corporate Advisory Board for the University of Arizona’s Terry Lundgren Retail School, where she helps the school achieve its mission and goals. Hector Gusmão holds a degree in Business Administration from PUC-Rio, with more than five years of experience in the financial area of a large energy market company. Parallel to university and work, he created his first startup - Be a Breaker - and given the moment when the passion and opportunity to undertake spoke louder, resigned and went to live for a while in Silicon Valley to start his second startup - Triplin - and train with initiatives that include the accelerator Plug & Play, Google, among others.
In 2015 he could be accelerated by two months in Portugal by the Startups Factory and, seeing the impact that this accelerator caused in the country and in +500 startups and +2,000 entrepreneurs, negotiated the coming to Rio de Janeiro and became its CEO.

Lincoln Fernando Moro

Dr. Lincoln F. L. Moro is a senior consultant at Petrobras S.A. and, in more than 30 years of his career at the company, he has worked in managerial and technical positions. He graduated in chemical engineering from the University of São Paulo and obtained his master's and doctor's degrees from the same university. In addition to this training, he held a postdoctoral program at Carnegie Mellon University and completed a MBA from FGV. He currently works in the areas of advanced process control (APC), real-time optimization (RTO), and mathematical programming models applied to production planning and scheduling. He participated in the team that developed the advanced control algorithms used in Petrobras and implemented several applications of this technology in operating units of the company, as well as several RTOs. He is the author and co-author of several technical articles in these areas.

ENGIE Brasil

Emmanuel joined the Group in 2010 as Director of Consumer Services at GDF SUEZ GrDF (the Group's arm responsible for gas distribution networks) in France. Since 2013, he worked as Director of the Emergency & Safety Gas Unit. In 2016, he assumed the position of Director of the Gas and Infrastructure Value Chain of ENGIE Brasil.
Prior to joining the Group, Emmanuel served as Head of the Engineering Department of EDF GDF in France and previously as Director of the Technical Department of LIGHT S.A by EDF in Rio de Janeiro.
Graduated in Engineering from the École Nationale Supérieure d'Ingénieurs de Grenoble (ENSIEG), he also holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Grenoble Institute of Technology.
