Professional with more than 30 years of experience in the area of Information Technology and 18 years in Industry Analytics. Starting in the Data Warehouse industry in 1999, when NCR invited him to participate in the Startup of the Teradata Division in Brazil, he developed the first Data Warehouse Project using the first Database Appliance in Brazil, participated in the Startup of Business Objects in Brazil and also passed By Oracle, Teradata, Capgemini and HP and today Alexandre Vasques joined Microsoft to join the Global Belts Group for Advanced Analytics and IoT in Latin America, this group has the mission of helping customers and partners in Latin America to modernize their processes through innovative and disruptive technologies of Cognitive Services, IoT and Industry 4.0.

Orlando Ribeiro has been with Petrobras for over 30 years. He started his career in Campos Basin as an Offshore Completion Engineer and held several Technical and Management positions in various areas, including Completion Operations, Subsea Engineering, R&D, New Ventures and Gas and Power. He was Project Manager for the Cascade and Chinook Development, in the Gulf of Mexico. After this, he was Program Manager for the PROCAP Future Vision Program, the most recent R&D program started by Petrobras in late 2010. His last job was the Production Engineering R&D General Manager of Petrobras R&D Center. Since January 2014 he is Subsea, Wells and Facilities General Manager for the Libra development. Mr Ribeiro has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Military Institute of Engineering and the Petrobras Petroleum Engineering course. He also concluded Graduate Studies on Science and Technology management in the University of São Paulo and INSEAD. In addition, Mr. Ribeiro has two patents, is author or co-author of several papers and takes part in the organizer committee for some events in the subsea and offshore areas, such as: OTC Brazil 2015, Rio Oil & Gas, Subsea Forum Rio.

Rodrigo Ferreira, 42, is a journalist specialized in eletrical energy since 2000, when he founded Grupo CanalEnergia, main integrated comunication company for the national electricity sector, with journalism operations in Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and Brasília, training and holding the main events and trade fairs of the sector in the country. He has participated in dozens of extension courses in the area of electrical energy and since 2012 is one of the coordinators of the training provided by the CTEE - Training and Energy Studies Center, a company of the CanalEnergia Group dedicated to courses and events. Ferreira is frequently invited to moderate important debates in the electricity sector and currently he accumulates the journalism board and the chairmanship of the CanalEnergia Group.

Jesus M. Pacheco was appointed Executive Vice President, Technology & Innovation of Siemens’ Dresser-Rand business in January 2017. Prior to this appointment, he was the EVP responsible for New Equipment Worldwide since July 2015 for the combined company resulting from Siemens’ acquisition of Dresser-Rand Company (DRC) and its compression business. In that role, he was responsible for all new equipment sales, client services worldwide as well as O&G business development for gas turbines, high speed reciprocating compressors, pipelines, LNG and FPSOs worldwide Before the acquisition, he held this position for DRC since June 2007.

His current responsibilities include Product Line Management, Systems Technology and Research & Development for the combined product portfolio of the company, as well as Digitalization, Innovation, Emerging Technologies, and the commercialization of New Technologies.

Mr. Pacheco has been with Dresser-Rand, a Siemens business, its affiliates and predecessor companies to the business since 1990. He has held various leadership positions in Application Engineering, Extended Scope and Marketing for Dresser-Rand Company, including responsibilities as Regional Director for the former Soviet Union, based in London, UK, and Marketing Manager for the European Served Area (Europe, Africa and the Middle East) based at our manufacturing facility in Le Havre, France.

From January 1999 to August 2000, Mr. Pacheco served as Vice President, Client Services for the Latin America Region. He assumed Client Services responsibilities for the Americas Region in August 2000, expanding them to include the European Served Area in July 2006. Mr. Pacheco has 35 years of experience in the global energy industry. He started his professional career in 1982 with a major oil and gas operator in Venezuela, where he served in Predictive Maintenance and Technical Advisory roles for rotating equipment in compression, pumping and power generation facilities. Mr. Pacheco earned a BSE in Mechanical Engineering and a BS in Economics from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.

She was Sub Secretary of Green Economy of Rio de Janeiro State Government from 2010-2013 and she also worked at the Brazilian Federal Government as the National Secretary of Climate Change at the Ministry of Environment from 2008-2010. From 2008 to 2015, she took part of IPCC - Intergovernamental Panel on Climate Change board, as Vice President of Working Group III.
She has published several papers and theses in the area of energy, transport, environment and climate change.
