The second edition of the conference will take place from September 24th to 27th, alongside Rio Oil & Gas 2018, in Rio de Janeiro, and will showcase the latest technological innovation around the world.

The Oil & Gas TechWeek 2018 will unveil the megatrends that will pave the segment´s future, as well as discuss the greatest technologies and disruptive innovation that will reset our industry.

During the 4 days of the event, we will address the perspectives of the market new technologies.

The Oil and Gas market breaks innovation barriers every year in Brazil and in the world. Constantino is a Managing director in Accenture being responsible for the Industry X.0 program in LATAM.
He is dedicated in developing the digital transformation agenda cross-industry with focus in CNR, Energy, Utilities and Products. Constantino has personal interest in several topics: IT – OT convergence, Remote Operating Centers, Predictive Asset Management and Predictive Production Analytics.
Formation: Constantino is electronic engineer (ITA, 1978) and MSc in Computer Science (UFMG, 1985).

Guilherme Silva is a mechanical engineer graduated from UNIFEI (Universidade Federal de Itajubá) with MBA from COPPEAD in Business Administration and a certificate from Georgia Tech College in Business Strategies. With 18 years of experience in the market of condition monitoring of assets and industrial maintenance, he is the Sales Director for the Bently Nevada product line in Latin America. Bently Nevada is an area from Baker Hughes, a GE company, focused on asset management and digital solutions for equipment's condition management.

Daniel Sales Correa, senior equipment engineer. In Petrobras since 1993, worked at Isaac Sabbá Refinery (Reman), in Manaus/AM; Landulpho Alves Refinery (RLAM), in São Francisco do Conde/BA; Clara Camarão Potiguar Refinery (RPCC), in Guamaré/RN; in the startup procedures of Abreu e Lima Refinery (RNEST), in Ipojuca/PE; and nowadays is the general manager for Operational Efficiency, at the Industrial Executive Department of Refining & Natural Gas Directory. Graduation in Electrical Engineering from the State of Amazonas Federal University (UFAM), post-graduation degree in Productivity and Total Quality Management from State of Rio Grande do Sul Federal University (UFRGS), MBA in Strategic Business Management from University of São Paulo (FIA-USP), and taught Control and Servomechanisms in the Electrical Engineering graduation course of State of Amazonas Public University (UEA).

In his career we list Chief Evangelist of IBM Brazil; Managing partner and leader of PwC's IT Strategy practice; And technical and executive positions at companies such as Shell and Chase Manhatttan Bank. With diversified formal education, in Economics and MSc in Computer Science, he always sought to understand and evaluate the impacts of technological innovations in organizations and in their business processes.
He constantly writes about information technology on specialized websites and publications such as CIO Magazine, Computerwold Brasil and others, as well as presenting lectures at renowned events and conferences such as IT Forum, IT Leaders, CIO Global Summit, TEDx, CIAB and FutureCom. He is the author of nine books and he was professor of the MBA in Strategic Management of IT by FGV-RJ.

He holds an International MBA and is a member of the board of the Consulate General of Denmark and Innovation Center in São Paulo. Due to his professional experiences in Europe, the United States, South America and Australia, Peter has extensive experience in transition management, organizational culture, consumer behavior, business development and future applied studies. In addition to being a skillful facilitator, he develops engaging, transformative and inspiring lectures and workshops - for all levels, and for large and small groups. He handles with a wide variety of topics within the framework of future studies, including organizational culture and innovation, as well as paradigms about the future in a range of specific sectors and industries. Born in Denmark, Peter has been living in Latin America since 2007. After spending several years in Buenos Aires in Argentina, he now lives and works in Brazil.
