Rogério Pereira Jorge holds a law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, and holds an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, an International MBA from FIA / USP and a specialization in business management and finance from the University of Pittsburgh and the University of Virginia. Rogério has been working for the AES Group for 18 years, during which time he has worked in technical areas, revenue management, customer relations and strategic projects. He currently serves as Customer Relationship Officer at AES Tietê, a company of the AES Group in the energy generation solutions segment.

Director of Cloud Computing for Microsoft Brazil. He was Director of Cloud Computing at Microsoft Latin America for the Public Sector and Director of Customer Satisfaction and Partners of Microsoft Brazil. Between 2005 and 2010 he focused on the study and definition of strategies related to open software, interoperability and safety.
He worked in Microsoft's Financial Services Brazil Vertical, where he was responsible for the management of the Brazilian Payment System Project, Itaú conglomerate.
Graduated in Data Processing with specialization in Marketing and MBA in Management by Fundação Dom Cabral. He was a professor at Fundace (FUNDACE USP Ribeirão Preto) in the MBA Business Administration course as a specialist in Information Systems and Technological Trends. He is currently professor of the MBA in IT Management and Cloud Computing at UFSCar Sorocaba (SP) GETIC.

He has served clients in oil and gas, chemicals, consumer and industrial products, retail, automotive, with a focus on North America, but also significant experience in Europe, Asia, South America and the Middle East.
Francesco has deep expertise with helping companies conceive, prototype and launch breakthrough innovations, as well as become better innovators. Representative engagements include: growth strategy for lubricants; innovation diagnostic and incubator group design, set-up and launch, for a leading manufacturer of industrial products; business model innovation for premium offerings in construction; open innovation challenge design in heavy equipment; early stage opportunity development and in smart packaging.
Francesco is a regular keynote speaker at various industry associations and corporate events, on the topics of strategy and innovation. Recent speaking engagements include: Siemens Innovation Summit; P&G global supplier summit, chemicals and ingredients providers; Back end of innovation conference in Boston; MAPI (Manufacturing Association for Productivity and Innovation); PMC (Packaging Management Council).

Due to his professional experiences in Europe, the United States, South America and Australia, Peter has extensive experience in transition management, organizational culture, consumer behavior, business development and future applied studies. In addition to being a skillful facilitator, he develops engaging, transformative and inspiring lectures and workshops - for all levels, and for large and small groups. He handles with a wide variety of topics within the framework of future studies, including organizational culture and innovation, as well as paradigms about the future in a range of specific sectors and industries. Born in Denmark, Peter has been living in Latin America since 2007. After spending several years in Buenos Aires in Argentina, he now lives and works in Brazil.
